Make a Change to Your Sales Culture

In the difficult economy we are facing, business owners have been forced to make several changes in their company. More than likely a lot of the changes have been negative such as staff reductions, budget reductions, etc. Although times are tough, not all the changes you make will have a negative impact on your company—the tough economy provides an opportunity for you to reevaluate your business and make changes to ensure your business success.
