Managing Your Prospect Lists

Strategically managing prospect lists is critical to the success of the business. Below are a few tips for getting the most out of your interactions with potential clients.

Prioritize your prospect list into clients that fit your niche, product and service needs. If they do not fit these needs, suggest someone who can better serve them. Both you and the client will save time, and you will begin to build a referral network.

Don't lose sight of your goals. Keep them in mind every time you contact your prospects and clients. Ask yourself, "What is the purpose of the call? What is the next call to action? What is my desired end result?"

Lastly, follow up frequently with all of your current prospects and clients. Businesses are built on relationships. Fostering positive, ongoing, relationships with potential and current clients will help grow your business.

This article was nice but I would rather see more information on the actual software for methods used for organizing a large prospect list.
